Sec. 11. The District Grand Lecturer's jewel is an Equilateral Triangle with Crossed Pointers in the center, and the inscription "DISTRICT GRAND LECTURER" on the two sides and "GRAND LODGE OF THE PHILIPPINES" on the bottom horizontal side.
