The Seal of this Grand Lodge shall be circular in outline and shall consist of an oval shield quartered (dexter chief) argent a base or, charged with the Arms of the Republic of the Philippines supported dexter and sinister by palm trees proper, for the geographical location of our Grand Lodge; the second quarter (sinister chief) with the Arms of the Grand Lodge of England, to indicate our descent from the Mother of all regular Grand Lodges; the third quarter (dexter base) with the Arms of the Freemasons at York representing the Rite which we practice; and the fourth quarter (sinister base) with the Square and Compasses and the letter "G" superimposed upon them.

Supporters: Dexter and Sinister, veiled Cherubim on banks of cumulus Clouds, all proper and representing Faith and Silence guarding the secrets of Freemasonry.

Motto: On a ribbon gules, below the shield, the words "IN THE LORD IS ALL OUR TRUST." Above the ribbon, the words "XIX DECEMBRIS ANNO LUCIS 5912."
