Art. I, Sec. 10
Degree conferrals and limitations of Lodge U.D.

Sec. 10. A Lodge U.D. must be able to raise at least one Master Mason during its existence as such. All its degree conferrals shall be conducted and performed strictly by direct participation of the three lights named in the dispensation and shall not be delegated to other members, within or without the Lodge. As far as possible, the roles in the degree works must be filled up by the members of the Lodge. Lodges under Dispensation are subject to the same rules as Chartered Lodges, as to balloting for candidates and the prescribed time before and between the degrees, and all other pertinent Grand Lodge rules and regulations regarding the processing of candidates and the conferral of degrees. (Edict No. 294 MW Gazmin).
