Section 7. Regional Centers

a. There shall be created an initial eight (8) IMES Regional Centers to be established and supervised by the IMES-GLP in the following locations:

(a) Cagayan de Oro City (Northern Mindanao) (b) Davao City (Southern Mindanao) (c) Cebu City (Visayas Region) (d) San Jose City, Nueva Ecija (Central Luzon)
