Primary purpose of a Lodge under dispensation

Sec. 9. The primary purpose of a Lodge U.D. is to "admit, enter and raise good men as freemasons," hence its activities must be geared toward this objective while demonstrating that its officers and members are properly capable of performing all the duties and powers incumbent of a regular lodge as stated under Article II (Powers of a Lodge) and Article III (Duties of a Lodge) Part II of the Constitution, insofar as applicable.
