Sec. 13. A Lodge U.D. shall conduct its regular meeting in accordance with the style of a chartered lodge insofar as applicable. For reporting purposes, it shall submit the same mandatory regular reports required of a regular lodge strictly on a monthly basis, namely: Minutes of Stated Meetings, Secretary's Financial Report, Treasurer's Financial Reports and Monthly membership Reports. It shall observe the order of business stated under Article XII, Part III of the Uniform Code by By-Laws of Subordinate Lodges and shall follow the reporting format prescribed by Circular No. 8-Gazmin insofar as applicable; (Edict No. 294 MW Gazmin).
