Art. I, Sec. 12
Jurisdiction of a Lodge U.D.

Sec. 12. A Lodge U.D. shall have the same right of Masonic jurisdiction as Chartered Lodges, provided that it does not have concurrent jurisdiction granted to regular lodges in the National Capital Region and in other Masonic districts where concurrent jurisdiction is allowed. Non-Masons living within its area of jurisdiction can only petition for membership under such Lodge working under dispensation. Under no circumstances can a Lodge U.D. acquire jurisdiction over a petitioner who resides or works outside of its proposed area of Masonic jurisdiction (Edict No. 294 MW Gazmin).
