Sec. 15. The Grand Deacons' rods shall be black, 1-1/4" diameter by 6 feet long, with metal tops of Square and Compasses with sun in opening between them for the Senior Grand Deacon, and the crescent moon inner circle to the left in opening between them for the Junior Grand Deacon.
