Sec. 4. Proper attire, with full regalia, shall be worn by Master Masons in the parade of lodges preceding District Conventions and during Masonic functions commemorating the birth or death of brother Masons who are National Heroes such as Jose Rizal, Andres Bonifacio, Jose Abad Santos, etc.
