Sec. 1. Qualified Voters. Only the following members of the Grand Lodge in good standing are qualified to vote during the election of officers of the Grand Lodge during the Annual Communications:

a. All the incumbent elective and appointive officers of the Grand Lodge, except Grand Lodge Inspectors; b. The Past Grand Masters; c. The incumbent Masters, Senior and Junior Wardens of the accredited Subordinate Lodges; d. The immediate Past Master of an accredited Subordinate Lodge, in representation of all Past Masters of his Lodge.
