Sec. 1. Any proposed amendment to this Constitution shall be submitted in writing to the Grand Secretary at least sixty (60) days before the Annual Communication. It shall be forwarded to the Committee on Revision of the Constitution for study, report and recommendation, copies of which shall be circulated among the Grand Lodge officers and members present during the Annual Communication.
