Jurisdiction

SECTION 1. Manner of Acquiring Jurisdiction by the Masonic Mediation Center:

a. When the disputing brethren voluntarily submit their dispute to the Center; b. When the Grand Master endorses the dispute to the Center for resolution.

SECTION 2. Disputes to be covered.

a. Masonic matters among masons; and b. Non-Masonic matters among Masons.
