Sec. 1. The Grand Master, Deputy Grand Master, Grand Wardens, Grand Treasurer and Grand Secretary shall be elected by a secret ballot and by Lodge representation at each Annual Communication and, thereafter, before its closing, installed. They shall hold office until their successors have been elected and installed. Subject to the Rules Governing the Election of Junior Grand Warden detailed in Section 5 of this Article, a majority of all votes cast shall be necessary for an election.
