Sec. 14. The ballot box shall contain as many white balls as there are members of the Lodge present together with ten (10) or more black cubes. Both balls and cubes shall measure one-half (1/2) inch in size. When prepared prior to balloting, all the balls and cubes shall be in the uncovered compartment. After inspection, it shall be placed on the west side of the Altar with the open compartment to the West and the handle to the East.
