Art. I, Sec. 11
Prohibitions specific to Lodges under dispensation

Sec. 11. A Lodge U.D. shall have the same prohibitions stated under Article IV, Part II of the Constitution. In addition, a Lodge U.D. shall observe the following specific restrictions:

a. It shall be prohibited to solicit funds or financial assistance from other Lodges nor shall it be given dispensation to conduct fund raising activities;

b. A Lodge U.D. cannot entertain charges against any of its members, nor try them for Masonic offenses;

c. It cannot add or strike members from the membership roll as appearing in the dispensation, except by authority of the Grand Master for good reason shown;

d. It cannot amend its dispensation or legislate through resolutions except to arrange for its meetings and the amount of its fees for degrees;

e. It cannot elect Officers, affiliate members, grant dimits, or install its officers;

f. It cannot perform Masonic funeral services; and

g. It cannot adopt and use a lodge seal (Edict No. 294 MW Gazmin).
