Sec. 1. General Power and Authority. The MW Grand Lodge of F. & A.M. of the Philippines is the Supreme Masonic Power and Authority within its Grand Jurisdiction, possessing all the attributes of sovereignty and government - Legislative, Executive, and Judicial -- limited only by a strict adherence to the Landmarks of the Order and to its own Constitution, Uniform Code of By-Laws for Subordinate Lodges, Edicts and General Regulations.
