Rights of Past Masters at conventions and communications.

Sec. 6. Past Masters, being members of the Grand Lodge, who are in good standing and duly registered, are allowed to speak, comment, object, move, second, manifest and / or participate in any discussion and deliberations and vote on any matter, except in the election of the Grand Lodge elective positions, during the District and Multi-District Conventions, Special and Annual Communications, subject to the adopted rules of procedure for deliberation during said District, Multi-District Conventions, and Special and Annual Communications.
