Sec. 6. The Electoral Committee. The Electoral Committee (ELECOM) of the Grand Lodge shall be composed of a chairman and four (4) members appointed by the Grand Master from among the members of the Grand Lodge not earlier than three months before the Annual Communication who shall have the same qualifications as provided for in Section 4, Article V and whose term of office shall automatically cease at the end of the election and proclamation of the Junior Grand Warden during the Annual Communication. Appointment to any vacancy caused by the death, resignation or incapacity of any member of the Committee shall be for the unexpired portion of the term of the Committee member (Edict No. 314 MW Tolentino).
